Important Tips:

01. Download link:

Your link to download will expire in 7 days. You have 7 days to save your workout to your computer and then it is yours forever.

02. Download to your computer first:

Many browsers do not allow you to download directly to your phone or tablet. You will need to download the video to your computer first and then transfer it to your other devices.

*NOTE: Your download should start automatically, however, Mac users who are using Safari as their primary browser would have to “right click” and select the option “Download video” or “Save video.” Your download should begin right after, if not please check your system settings for your personalized secondary click action (right click).

03. Turn off Pop-Up Blockers:

In order to proceed with your download, pop-up blockers must be turned off on all devices/browsers, for both MindBody and AKT InMotion Websites. This process varies by device and browser; check your settings accordingly. You may need to restart, or turn off your device/browser after you’ve disabled pop-up blockers.

STREAMING YOUR VIDEOS

In order to view your purchased video(s), pop-up blockers must be turned off on all devices/browsers, for both MindBody and AKT InMotion Websites. This process varies by device and browser; check your settings accordingly. You may need to restart, or turn off your device/browser after you’ve disabled pop-up blockers.

02. Finding Your Purchased Video:

After completing your purchase, log in to your MindBody Account and select the “Video” tab. This tab will display ALL AKT InMotion videos, but you will only be able to click the video link(s) you’ve purchased. Make sure you select the correct link.
If you experience any issues finding, purchasing and re-watching your videos or with your MindBody account, please contact MindBody directly at 1-877-755-4279.

03. Software Updates:

You must run the most recent software update for you smart phone, device or computer. This includes running the most recent software updates for the browser(s) in which you will be viewing your videos.

04. Enable Sound:

Make sure your device has the sound enabled and is set to a volume so that you can hear the audio.

05. Wireless Connection:

You will need a strong wireless connection to view the videos.
