Safia Morsly-Fikai is a passionate and dedicated coach that helps clients make informed food choices in order to reach their optimal health and develop daily lifestyle habits that are sustainable and effortless. Her approach is tailored and individualized. She works with clients in a well-rounded and holistic way to help them understand better that their food and lifestyle choices affect their bodies and souls on every level (energy, sleep, brain function, productivity, weight, immunity, skin, gut etc.). Safia is a graduate from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She also holds a B.A. and M.Sc. in Economics. She is married and has a 7-year-old boy and a 2-year-old daughter.
