This class will prepare you for our more challenging Happy Hour and S&M classes by introducing you to our simple movement vocabulary.     This all-cardio endurance challenge is great for dance-cardio lovers who just cannot get enough! Whether you want to just let go and dance for an hour, or learn past AKT choreography to prepare for S&M, One Night Stand lets you jam out to your fav songs under our famous disco ball for ONE FULL HOUR. This class takes your cardio to the NEXT LEVEL and may just leave you coming back for more.

    Our ADVANCED, members only, dance-based interval class. This class is recommended for members who have been participating classes and/or training privately for over 60 days.

    This class provides the perfect combo: 45min of total body toning followed by 15min of foam rolling and deep stretching that will release tension throughout your entire body.     What happens when you mix 4Play with Happy Hour? A perfect Sweat Dream. Designed around a box and a set of overhead resistance bands, this workout dares you to experience a gravity-defying sweat sesh unlike any other. This circuit-based interval class alternates between timed strength intervals using weighted props, and a series of low-impact, high intensity cardio moves using our overhead resistance bands to keep your mind and body challenged until the very end. Get a total body burn and put your stamina to the test, all in one high energy, ridiculously fun, and challenging atmosphere, set to heart-racing tunes. Caution: You will get wet.
